Why does a chapter need more than Instagram and a group chat?
Those are great for this week and useless for thirty years. Instagram can't tell you who your founder's line is, and a group chat deletes itself. The portal is the permanent layer underneath — the roster, the tree, the photos, the story — owned by the chapter, not by an app.
What does it cost?
Every chapter's roster and history is different, so your exact number comes out of the 30-minute walkthrough — all-in, in writing, and it never changes after you sign. The shape is simple: a one-time setup, then one flat monthly subscription that covers hosting, monitoring, security, and support — no per-member fees, month to month with no contract term, and your rate is locked for as long as you stay subscribed. Every chapter gets its own written quote — we don't publish a rate card because no two rosters are the same.
What happens when our webmaster graduates?
